Our return policy is valid for 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed from the time you made your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or return.

If you still have not fulfilled more than 10 days in purchases less than $3,000 MXN, notify the problem for which you request the return of our product at ventas@yummaavocado.com. It is not necessary to return the product so that the customer does not have to pay shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) in question must be in new, undamaged condition in its original packaging. For bulky orders, once the order has been delivered, if the customer decides to cancel the order, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, 20% of the total purchase will be deducted for freight, handling, storage and insurance costs.

Only regular priced products can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
